We are at the local Dutch food Market in Maastricht to try some delicious food. I was in for a big surprise when I ran into an Indonesian food truck selling sate ayam and sate babi. Omg the food was delicious. I also found some local Dutch snacks at the market which were simply amazing. I was more surprise to find Latin food all the way in Maastricht. I couldn’t believe it. The diversity of foods in this market was simply amazing and I loved every bit of it. I can highly recommend the Dutch market in Maastricht to anybody visiting the city, specially the Indonesian food truck, they are simply amazing.

You should eat the kibbeling with ravigotte sauce.
In the Netherlands they do not wash the eggs, when they come from the chicken, therefore they do NOT need to be kept in the fridge. In North America most eggs are washed and then they MUST be kept in the fridge.
I am proud to be an 'Mestreechteneer' a.k.a. sjeng, Maastricht is by far one of the most iconic city of Netherland.
Pasteries: Exist
The Dutch: It's free real estate
The sauce is called cocktail-whiskysauce and its because there is at least 0,5% of whisky in the sauce. That you dont taste it its true.
try whisky sauce: Samba (brand: Calve). Its a little bit more spicy. But its just a name. It has nothing to do with the drink.
